Troyanda Ukrainian Dance Ensemble presents Triptych, premiering November 5, 2022, in Winnipeg.
ABOUT THE SHOW
Triptych takes us on a journey of joy, freedom, and pride woven together through symbolism, customs, and tradition as we navigate our identity as Ukrainians in Canada. Triptych integrates elements of dance, spoken word, video, and music and was created as three associated acts intended to be appreciated together. Performers include members of Troyanda Ukrainian Dance Ensemble, youth dancers representing Ukrainian dance schools in Manitoba, and newcomer Ukrainian artists who have settled in Manitoba. The production is one hour long.
There are two opportunities to see this production in Winnipeg: Saturday, November 5th at 7 p.m. and Sunday, November 6th at 2 p.m. at the Seven Oaks Performing Arts Centre (711 Jefferson Avenue).

Children, in arms (2 and under): Free
Youth (ages 3–16): $20
General admission: $40

As a part of our commitment to supporting Ukraine and Ukrainians, Troyanda will be donating tickets to Ukrainian newcomers who have settled in Manitoba as a result of the war. Tickets will be offered to individuals through various organizations free of charge. Troyanda Dance Costume Art
Fall in love with our hand-sewn, custom art using pieces from our past. Each one-of-a-kind design was created by Jenn Doroniuk, Troyanda’s Creative Director, and dancer Emilia Radawetz. There are 20 unique pieces available in an online auction. A portion of the proceeds raised through the auction will be used toward our efforts of supporting newcomers from Ukraine to settle in Manitoba.
